The story centers on Rose (Odeya Rush), a teenager who embarks on a sailing trip with her mother, Alma (Saffron Burrows), and Alma’s new boyfriend, Derek (Eric Dane). The voyage turns perilous when their boat is attacked by a gang led by a man known as “The Captain” (Ray Liotta). After witnessing her mother’s murder and surviving a betrayal by Derek, Rose must navigate treacherous waters and confront dangerous adversaries to survive .
