There is no official movie titled Thor 5: And The Legend of Hercules set for 2025. However, a Thor 5 film is reportedly in early development, but it has not yet been officially announced as part of Marvel’s slate.

According to industry sources, Marvel is looking for a new writer and director, with a potential darker tone compared to Thor: Love and Thunder. There are rumors that the film could feature Beta Ray Bill, the Thor Corps, and Amora the Enchantress. Chris Hemsworth is open to returning as Thor but has expressed that he wants the movie to provide a meaningful conclusion to his character’s arc. The film is expected to explore his relationship with Love (Gorr’s daughter) and may involve Hercules as a major antagonist, following the post-credits tease from Love and Thunder.​

Production is rumored to begin in late 2025, which means the earliest possible release date would be 2027. However, it is not yet officially scheduled as part of the MCU’s Phase 6​.
